Artifact privacy notice.

Updated 7 October 2026. This notice describes the Astrelix company edition of Artifact.

Who operates this edition

ASTRELIX DIGITAL LTD, registered in England and Wales, number 16658698. Contact the team about your data or a request to access, correct or delete it.

Your workspace and account

The application stores projects, canvas state, conversations, uploaded references and generated assets in its configured database and object storage. Guest identifiers and interface preferences are stored in your browser. If you create an account, we process your email, name and authentication information to provide access and protect your workspace.

Model requests

Prompts, selected reference images and relevant conversation context may be sent to the configured visual model provider to plan or generate assets. This edition currently supports Google Gemini. Do not include information you are not authorised to share. Claude planning has not been integrated in this edition.

Operation and security records

The service records request identifiers, IP-based usage limits, generation operations and diagnostic events to enforce quotas, recover tasks and investigate failures. Cloudflare provides the deployed application runtime, D1 database and R2 asset storage. External providers process requests under their own applicable terms.

Local development preview

In the labelled local preview, workspace data is stored on this Mac in an isolated development database and object store. Model responses are simulated and no requests are sent to a model provider. The local environment is separate from the existing live Artifact service.

Keeping and removing work

You can delete projects and conversations through the workspace. Contact us about other data requests or retention questions. We retain information as needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations; a public launch requires review of the final hosting, provider and retention configuration.
